Dr. Juan Pablo Guerra Félix has extensive experience in the field of ophthalmology, being a certified doctor by the Mexican Council of Ophthalmology since 2012, he is also an active member of the Mexican Society of Ophthalmology (SMO), of the College of Ophthalmology from Baja California and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) since 2009. With training in glaucoma from UNAM, training in cataract, cornea and refractive surgery at CODET Vision Institute with direct training from the eminent Doctor Arturo Chayet. As well as education in uveitis and retina from 2017 to 2018 by the Cardenal Herrera University (Spain). Dr. Guerra stands out for his constant participation and updating in diploma courses, workshops and international congresses year after year. He currently works his private practice at VISUM Ophthalmological Center and at the Almater Specialty Hospital. He is in charge of the cataract surgery program at the Club de Leones Intl. Mexicali Cucapah. He participates in the academic field as a professor at the Autonomous University of Medicine and at Xochicalco University in the medical school in the career of Ophthalmology. He provided services at the General Hospital of the State of Sonora, where he performed as an ophthalmology resident, depending on the UNAM medical residency program.
